As the racing season to implement many championships, it’s worth taking a moment to think that we still have to study and why we love motorsports. In short, these are the things I like about racing.

The Big One

Starting the season with its biggest race might seem strange to some people, but could you imagine NASCAR Daytona are not the first ? Heck, no. The Super Bowl of stock car racing career is an epic and it’s too big. This year the race was a bit anticlimactic, but what can you do when it rains ? However, big is something that has to be seen.

Monaco Rally

Most racing fans in the United States do not know squat about the World Rally Championship, better known as RCM. Well, you’re missing. It’s crazy. Imagine flying cars on the roads with curves, with fans standing on the side without barriers. Accident on trees, walls, cliffs, and mobile, so you get the idea. Any of the races are good, but Monaco is crazy. The last I saw ended up colliding with a car around the corner is so bad that ended hanging off a cliff. Even the cars that pull it off do it with a white knuckle ride you can not imagine.

Indianapolis 500

Duh. The powers that be in open wheel racing in the United States have done everything possible to ruin the sport. Once it was the most popular NASCAR. Hard to believe, huh? Well, the wheel of the civil war is finally over. There were no winners. A group just ran out of money before the other. Despite these idiots, the Indianapolis 500 is still one of the great racing cars. Plop yourself down on the couch and take the time to enjoy a classic.

Grand Prix of Malaysia

NASCAR is a lot of money and technology unbelievable. More often then not, the Grand Prix of Malaysia does everything useless. Malaysia is a crazy rain storms. NASCAR visits the country early in the race calendar when rain is frequent. When it rains, pours like God is trying to flood the world. The cars go sliding across the track, fields and crashing from side to side. Imagine a huge sheet of ice and try to drive cars in it. It’s hard to describe, but absolutely hilarious.

There is much to love about motorsports. Everyone has a favorite, but be sure to give all an attempt championships. There is love in each. Let the seasons begin !
